European Entrepreneurship & Innovation @ Stanford Engineering (ME421)
Session #1 of Stanford's 'European Entrepreneurship 2019' speaker series showcases Prague's leading enterprise software startup and the Czech Republic's emerging tech ecosystem. Backed by Kleiner Perkins, ProductBoard maintains operations teams in Chechia and Silicon Valley, and is an example of world-class excellence in software development and platform deployment that is found today in Central Europe and the Visegrad Region. Our speaker will discuss the path to growth taken by ProductBoard in European and US markets, challenges in managing distributed teams and company cultures, as well as major trends in Central Europe's tech startup community.
The course instructor will introduce the speakers for this Winter Quarter, as well as present an overview of key themes and lessons for AY2019. Open to the Public and All Communities within Stanford.
