550-126: Large Conference Room

Reserved by Design Group administrators via Outlook resource calendar.

Room 550-126 is a flexible-use meeting room. It is intended to be used the way Terman 529 was used: for faculty meetings, meetings with students and visitors, regular class meetings for suitably-small classes, study sessions or office hours, and other informal gatherings. The schedule for 550-126 is controlled by the Design Group and the d.school and maintained in Webcal.

Students, or anyone not affiliated with the Design Group or d.school wishing to reserve the room must have a Design Group faculty or d.school host, and the event must be approved by the Design Group or the d.school.

All users of the room are expected to reset the furniture and otherwise return the room to good condition before their reservation end-time, and to make sure that activities within the room do not interfere with scheduled activities in the Atrium.

When booking 550-126, please keep in mind that noise and traffic from events in the Atrium are to be expected.
