Memorial Service for Doug Wilde

The memorial service for Doug Wilde, originally planned for Friday, January 21, has been postponed to Friday, February 4 due to University COVID-related event restrictions. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations in the name of Douglass J. Wilde be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Important information for visitors:

• All visitors need to complete the Stanford Visitor: Daily COVID-19 Health Attestation on February 4th (same day as event) before coming to campus.

• All visitors coming to Stanford must meet at least one of two criteria:
  1. be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
  2. receive a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours prior to arrival onsite at the visitor’s expense.
• All visitors are required to wear a face covering while indoors regardless of vaccination status.
  1. You must wear a well-fitting, high-quality face covering. N95 respirators, KN95 masks, KF94 masks, and double masking (e.g., cloth face covering over a disposable surgical mask) provide a higher level of fit and filtration. 
• We will be keeping a record of all attendees’ names and contact information for contact tracing. You will be asked to provide this information upon entering Peterson Laboratory.
